    Responsibilities
    - Project Planning and Coordination
    - Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to establish project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
    - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
    - Manage the relationship with the client and project stakeholders, representing the company in the best manner.
    - Work closely with designers and consultants to interpret project specifications and ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
    - Oversee the selection, hiring, and management of subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
    - Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
    - Develop project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
    - Identify value engineering opportunities and implement strategies to control project costs without compromising quality.
    - Resource Management
    - Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
    - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely availability of resources.
    - Assume full responsibility for managing project resources and personnel in coordination with organizational policies and procedures.
    - Execution and Supervision
    - Organize and oversee jobsite administration.
    - Organize and coordinate field supervision.
    - Manage the labor force, assisted by Construction Managers and foremen.
    - Manage subcontractors’ schedules, quality-of-work, coordination with other trades, and payments.
    - Coordinate cost-progress targets with execution.
    - Create and maintain a safe and secure jobsite environment.
    - Identify, negotiate, and document contract changes and variations.
    - Communication and Reporting
    - Maintain regular communication with upper management, head office staff, clients, team members, and other stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
    - Foster positive relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    - Prepare comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders, including daily, monthly, and cost reports.
    - Risk Management and Compliance
    - Develop a thorough understanding of the scope of work, contractual obligations and responsibilities, and contractual rights and entitlements.
    - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and disruptions.
    - Proactively address issues and resolve conflicts to maintain project progress.
    - Implement quality control measures to ensure the project meets or exceeds established standards.
    - Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
    - Promote environmentally sustainable practices throughout the project, including the use of eco-friendly materials, efficient irrigation systems, and responsible waste management.
    - Documentation
    - Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
    - Ensure corporate policies and procedures are implemented.
    - Financial Management
    - Timely issuance of applications for interim payments and follow-up until receiving the funds.
    - Ensure adherence to approved budgets and implement cost control measures.
    - Business Development
    - Attend to relevant tasks within the vicinity of the projects by utilizing project resources.
    - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and ensure awareness of business opportunities.
    Requirements
    - Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
    - Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry. Experience in landscaping is a plus.
    - In-depth knowledge of design principles, construction techniques, and site management.
    - Strong leadership and team management skills.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills.
    - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    - Proficiency in planning and project management software is a plus.
    - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
