• Description:
  • Create leaderboards and contests to drive engagement among the revenue teams.
  • Collaborate with executive team to define appropriate measurements and reporting processes. This includes performance dashboards and key performance indicators for performance assessment.
  • Acquire data from external sources such as State Medical Boards, NPI website, and other sources to extract Psychiatrist and Nurse Practitioner data including licenses and contact information.
  • Identify and diagnose any potential data integrity issues and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and solve. Monitor accounts/contacts/deals for missing or inaccurate data and adjusts as needed.
  • Conduct monthly audits on customer data.
  • Assign incoming leads and monitor to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Work on other data accuracy and process improvement projects as needed by the Physicians Liaisons and Account Managers.
  • Review revenue performance and provides recommendations to leadership on areas where we can expand or focus for client and physician targets to drive revenue.
  • Provide reporting in key focus areas to keep team updated on trends and performance.

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of data analysis experience preferred.
