    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of PMO to lead and oversee our Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of project goals with the organization's objectives. This role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Leadership & Strategy: Lead the PMO department, setting the vision and strategy to align with organizational goals. Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members.
    - Project Governance: Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    - Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively across multiple projects. Ensure optimal utilization of project management tools and resources.
    - Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects. Develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.
    - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication. Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
    - Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of the PMO. Implement KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success and team performance.
    - Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO. Implement lessons learned from completed projects to enhance future project outcomes.
    Qualifications:
    - Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a PMO.
    - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
    - Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.
    - Skills:
    - Strong leadership and team management skills.
    - Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
    - Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    - Proven experience in risk management and mitigation.
