  • Description:
    The ideal candidate should have experience inside KSA market , preferably from ExternalAudit background , the main tasks are Key Responsibilities:
    1. Financial Reporting:
      • Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group.
      • Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and other applicable standards.
      • Review and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    2. Accounting Operations:
    3. Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
    4. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
    5. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
    6. Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
    7. Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures.
    8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
    9. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
    10. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
    11. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
    12. Ensure compliance with Zakah and VAT regulations, including accurate calculation, reporting, and payment.
    13. Ensure timely closing with auditors and lead the external audit procedures for the subsidiaries and holding company.
    14. Oversee the legal governance responsibilities of the companies within the group.
    15. Ensure compliance with corporate governance practices and legal requirements.
    16. Coordinate with legal advisors and ensure all statutory requirements are met.
    17. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
    18. Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development needs.
    19. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    20. Assist the CFO in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
    21. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    22. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
    23. Coordinate and collaborate with finance teams in subsidiaries to ensure consistent accounting practices and accurate consolidation of financial information.
    24. Address and resolve any accounting issues that arise within the subsidiaries.
    25. Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
    26. Implement and manage accounting software and other financial tools.
