• Description:
  We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled BIM Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and possess in-depth knowledge of various software tools used in the industry. The BIM Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate 3D models, coordinating with various project stakeholders, and ensuring the integrity of the BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit, including the use of COBie extension for Revit and other relevant Revit extensions.
  - Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
  - Create and manage 2D and 3D drawings in AutoCAD.
  - Incorporate GIS data into BIM models and ensure compliance with GIS requirements using AutoCAD Map3D, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
  - Utilize Synchro 4D Pro for project scheduling and simulation.
  - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent BIM data.
  - Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.
  - Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and workflows.
  - Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM-related tools and processes.
  - Participate in project meetings and provide input on BIM-related matters.
  Qualifications:
  - 5-8 years of experience in BIM drafting and modeling.
  - Proficiency in Revit, including COBie extension for Revit and other Revit extensions.
  - Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
  - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, including AutoCAD Classic, AutoCAD Map3D, and Civil 3D.
  - Experience with GIS software such as ArcGIS.
  - Proficiency in Synchro 4D Pro for project scheduling and simulation.
  - Excellent understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
  - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating and managing BIM models.
  - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  - Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  - Relevant certification in BIM or related fields.
  - Experience with additional BIM tools and software.
