  We are looking for an experienced finance manager who worked in Real estate sector in UAE and has the following skills Technical Capabilities RE industry Experience (Development, OA, leasing, FM) Worked on off plan and completed projects in Dubai Knowledge of DLD/Rera/Escrow/ Mollak regulations Ability to manage AR/AP/Treasury teams GL management and consolidation of project entities/accounts Hands on experience in MIS/reporting Knowledge of best system practices in industry Good working knowledge of MS office tools
