• Description:
  The ideal candidate should have experience in the KSA market and worked in the Real Estae development sector whether in a consulting firm that assesses the feasibility of Real Estate projects , or with a Real Estate developer . Responsibilities:
  1. Investment Strategy Development:
  - Collaborate with senior management to define investment objectives and develop
  long-term investment strategies.
  - Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends.
  - Evaluate risk tolerance, liquidity requirements, and return expectations to guide
  investment decision-making.
  2. Portfolio Management:
  - Monitor and manage investment portfolios to optimize performance and ensure
  alignment with investment objectives.
  - Conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust as necessary based on market
  conditions and performance analysis.
  - Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that
  may impact investment portfolios.
  3. Due Diligence and Investment Analysis:
  - Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including
  financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
  - Evaluate investment proposals, conduct financial modeling, and prepare investment
  recommendations for senior management.
  - Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure investment
