    Main tasks and responsibility • Develop and implement comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase customer engagement, enhance brand awareness and visibility for the lifestyle experience. • Create annual brand plans and activity calendar, create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activations to attract target demographics, including families, women, and young professionals. • Develop a comprehensive loyalty program tailored to the diverse customer segments and the lifestyle facilities. • Manage social media official platform ,channels and digital initiatives to maintain a strong online presence and drive online-to-offline conversions. • Cultivate brand collaborations with influencers and community stakeholders to amplify brand messaging and foster positive brand associations. • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of branding initiatives, including packaging, signage, displays, and in-store activities. • Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting on key metrics, such as foot traffic, sales revenue, and customer satisfaction, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement and to ensure goals and targets are met. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. • Uphold brand image, standards and values across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and memorable customer experience throughout all facilities. • Ensure strict adherence to guidelines and validate all activities and communications with the upper management before execution. Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the retail or shopping center industry. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
