To determine all commercial legal activities of the Group and to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with
relevant laws, regulations, and charters of the companies within the Group. The position assesses, control, and
determine legal information to all stakeholders (e.g., cases, statutes, and regulations).Giving accurate and timely
counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics. Collaborating with management to devise efficient defense strategies.Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
