Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive the continued success. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the stonework industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, from strategic planning to daily management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the stonework industry.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Streamline processes and procedures to optimize productivity.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the entire team, including sales, operations, and administrative staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and success.
- Supplier and Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers to ensure a diverse and high-quality selection of stone products. Cultivate lasting partnerships with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Financial Management: Manage the company's budget, expenses, and financial performance. Monitor key financial metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Quality Control: Uphold the company's commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and quality standards. Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the integrity and durability of all stone works.
- Market Analysis and Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in stonework. Identify innovative solutions and offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience 12+ years in a senior management role within the stonework industry or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of stone types, colors, sourcing, and installation techniques.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
