Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Fire Alarm & Life Safety, Firefighting, ELV Systems, Security, Audio Visual, and Maintenance sectors, with a proven track record of successful leadership in a similar industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the company, guiding its growth and expansion in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including project management, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to optimize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to drive business development opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring collaboration, productivity, and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience 12+ years in a senior management role within the Fire Alarm & Life Safety, Firefighting, ELV Systems, Security, Audio Visual, or related industry.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
