Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple MEP projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project managers, engineers, and field staff.
- Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment, promoting communication and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional development and growth opportunities.

- Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.

- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings.
- Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to procure materials and equipment as per project requirements.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiations, and performance evaluations.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish and enforce quality assurance and control processes throughout all project phases.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in MEP project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Autodesk Revit) and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
