Description:
Strategic duties
1. Developing the company’s strategies, goals, and policies.
2. Implement strategies, policies, and targets into long- and short-term plans to achieve the company’s purposes.
3. Determine the objectives and performance indicators of department
4. Supervise performance, follow up KPIs.
5. Determine budget requirements, expected costs and coordinate with the company’s financial department.
Technical & executive duties
1. Developing local, regional & international sales plans to achieve the sales.
2. Pricing strategies, by developing the best possible strategy in order to achieve the highest percentage of profits.
3. Follow up current company’s sales status products in and study market demand & local competitors, regionally and internationally.
4. Supervise company’s promotional campaigns inside Jordan.
5. Managing distributors locally, regionally and internationally, with the aim of ensuring that they complete distribution operations and display products in an effective manner that would achieve the objectives set in this regard.
6. Supervise performance of the company’s distributors, and continues monitoring on products points of sales.
7. Studies promotional campaign results.
