  (Project Manager- SAP) JD Purpose of Position: The purpose of the SAP Project manager will be to manage company project rollout, support in defining the customer user journey and business requirements and aligning with all stakeholders. They will be the key interface between with the project team and will see the project through to completion. Role and Responsibilities

  · Manage SAP projects on enterprise level

  · Ensure project is on track in terms of milestones, scope, deadlines, and budget

  · Follow up with vendor on their progress and monitor their progress

  · Ability to resolve issues and align this with stakeholders

  · Support project teams to ensure that the requirements are implemented in the correct way as intended all the way through to launch.

  · Reviewing and enhancing the processes for development and improving of business and systems operations

  · Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

  · Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.

  · Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.

  · Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.

  · Creating monthly performance reports.

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business, or any related field
  2. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Management with at least 5 in SAP
  3. Track record of successfully managing SAP projects.
