"The ideal candidater should have shared services experience with a large scale construction company , preferably comes from HR background and is capable to carry on the following tasks : Develop and execute the shared services strategy for the holding company's construction subsidiaries, in alignment with the overall business strategy. Oversee the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services to the holding company's construction subsidiaries, across a range of functions, such as finance, HR, IT, and procurement. Manage and develop the shared services team, ensuring that it has the skills and resources necessary to deliver on the shared services strategy. Work with the holding company's construction subsidiaries to understand their needs and develop shared services solutions that meet those needs. Partner with other functions within the holding company to ensure that the shared services organization is aligned with the overall business goals. Monitor and report on the performance of the shared services organization and make necessary adjustments to ensure that the organization is meeting its goals. Represent the shared services organization to the holding company's board of directors and other key stakeholders. Working remotely."
