We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager / Operations Manager to join our team and lead our operations in the construction chemicals sector. Key Responsibilities:
1.Operational Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
2.Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
3.Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee the procurement of raw materials and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing holding costs.
4.Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to meet industry regulations and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular quality audits and drive corrective actions as necessary.
5.Production Planning:
- Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor production processes for efficiency and consistency.
6.Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the operations budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
- Analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
7.Health and Safety:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 15+ Years of experience.
- Proven experience in operations management within the construction chemicals industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
