  The ideal candidate should be an Arabic speaker , Saudi national is preferred. The Group HR Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources function across multiple divisions or companies within an organization. The individual in this position will develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the overall business objectives and promote a positive and inclusive work culture. The Group HR Director will lead a team of HR professionals and provide guidance on various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR analytics. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness and ensure the attraction, retention, and development of top talent across the group.
