  • Tasks and Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain curricula standards and set performance goals and objectives, in collaboration with the Institute Director.
    • Confer with parents and staff to discuss educational activities, procedures, and student behavioral or learning problems.
    • Counsel and provide guidance to students regarding personal, academic, career, or behavioral issues.
    • Enforce discipline, attendance rules and adherence to the school values.
    • Organize in coordination with the Institute Director, and oversee the school programs and activities, such as students’ enrolment requirements, graduation projects, competitions/events, and civic responsibility.
    • Submit recommendations on curricula and learning resources, teaching methods, programs and activities.
    • Collaborate with the Institute Director in setting educational standards, goals and procedures to carry them out.
    • Plan and execute the professional development program for teachers, administrators, and support staff.
    • Prepare, implement and monitor the School budget.
    • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate school staff according to a set criteria and approved recruitment plan.
    • Manage the academic and learning needs as well as staff issues.
  • Minimum Requested Qualifications
    • Master’s degree in Education, or relevant field.
    • 8 years’ minimum experience in managing schools.
    • Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.
    • Leadership skills.
    • Adaptability and Dependability.
    • Communication skills.
