  Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the effective sourcing of products and suppliers (food and non-food) to meet quality, brand values and close control and management of the Purchasing & Supply Chain operations to ensure the best possible service is delivered to the shops. The role is responsible for the supplier or product sourcing and product costing of all food and non-food product areas. This person is the in-charge of the day to day management of the end to end Purchasing & Supply Chain locally. This role manages suppliers and product range/change, all supply and product costs of both local and imported, as well as, to monitor the costs of food, non-food and logistics and to and to prepare monthly KPI and financial reporting.
