  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development.
  • Have prior knowledge of long-term contractual agreements in Energy Purchase or leasing
  • A strong personal and professional network across Jordan
  • Professional, presentable and confident manner dealing in person or on the phone with customers and prospects
  • Strong communication skills - spoken, written and electronic; English is a must
  • Experience in developing business pipeline and growth strategies
  • Writing business proposals
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and needs of the customer
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Ability to handle large energy operation and projects
  • Create strategies to negotiate and close business deals under a strict timeline
