• Description:
  • Responsibility and experience
    • Produce and maintain accurate projects schedules.
    • Develop a detailed projects plans, scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders .
    • Prepare monthly reports and Provide projects updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
    • Maintain current internal client database records and document control systems.
    • Coordinate with other disciplines to prepare business and technical project documentation and reports.
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
    • Communication with and coordination of the consultant team, including land planners, engineers, municipality, utility companies and other third-party consultants, as well as construction team.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
    • Excellent analytical skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
    • Saudi National.
    • BSc Engineering Degree, Master's Degree is a plus.
    • Saudi National.
    • Strong command of Arabic and English
    • 7-10 Years of experience.
